How can you deal with feelings ?

You don't always need to express your feelings with words.

Based on my own experiences, when I want to deal with feelings which has made me speechless I'd express them physically.

Either it's exercising ,singing,dancing,or eating.

Somewhere in the middle of it I'll finally comprehend what I'm really feeling..

                                        Or

If you express the feelings with words  you have to find the best way for you no matter what is it.

You have to find how express yourself in the way you feel amazing with what you are doing.
